I have been charging my Tesla Model S for almost 4 years with a 35 foot extension cord. Yes, this extension cord will work with Tesla provided 110 Volt adapter, although may be inefficient.

I have a 25 ft extension cord and have used it to plug into a 110v outlet. It has to be heavy gauged wiring.
